Low -voltage casting is the most basic method for producing aluminum wheels and is more economical. Low -voltage casting is to cast the melted metal in the mold and harden. Anti -pressure casting is a relatively advanced casting method. The use of high vacuum -generated absorption into the mold into the mold, which is conducive to maintaining gently to eliminate impurities. There is no pores in the casting and uniform density and high strength. The aluminum wheels produced by high-voltage mold casting (HCM) process are almost the same as forging. The RX/RY (15-20 inches) series of aluminum hubs of the famous German factory BBS are cast with HCM method.

Folding forging
Forging is the most advanced method for making aluminum wheels. Pressing a piece of aluminum ingot with a pressure of 62.3mn is pressed into a wheel hub. The intensity of this aluminum hub is three times that of the average aluminum wheel, and the former is 20%lighter than the latter. Some wheels with beautiful shapes and relatively complicated structures are often impossible to forge molding at one time. Rolling forging (also known as mold forging) is a forging type. The rough of a wheel hub is forged in the rolling. While forging wheels, while maintaining sufficient strength, it can greatly reduce thickness. The aluminum alloy wheels made with this process are not only uniform density, smooth surface, thin ring wall, light quality, but also to withstand greater pressure. However, because this product requires a sophisticated production equipment, and the finished product rate is only 50%-60%, the manufacturing cost is slightly higher, and the price is naturally not low.

A: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 TUV SFI JWL/VIA certified.
Q2: How about your delivery time?
A: From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 35-45 days. If need to produce wheel mould, leadtime will takes 3-4 weeks longer.
Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation?
A: Usually we need know : car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q5: What’s your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 80pcs/size/fitment, can mixed with 2 colors. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
