Aluminum alloy wheels consist of two parts: ring wheels and plate -shaped wheels, that is, wheel spoke board. Generally speaking, its manufacturing method is divided into three types: welding, casting, and forging methods.

(1) Welding method

This method is to roll the plate into a cylinder, simply process it or suppress it with a mold after welding, and then weld the pre -cast wheels to produce the wheels. Generally, special production lines are required, and the production efficiency is quite high. Although the investment in the production line is very expensive, its production cost is low under mass production. However, due to poor appearance and other reasons, this method has not been widely used. The welding method can be laser welding, electronic beam welding or laser welding and plasma welding. Because the above -mentioned welds are very narrow and the strength performance of the adjacent areas is almost not affected, the weld is suitable for cold deformation processing. In order to avoid the weld mutations caused by different thickness, the high material near the weld area must have a certain slope when encountering thin materials. At the same time, welding is also used when making some large -sized wheels, but there are also technical problems, such as how the two ends of welding are opposed.

(2) casting method

Because of the advantages of strong adaptability, color and variety, low production costs, the casting method is still the most commonly used method for the production of aluminum wheels.
Among the aluminum wheels produced around the world, casting accounts for more than 80%.

A: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 TUV SFI JWL/VIA certified.
Q2: How about your delivery time?
A: From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 35-45 days. If need to produce wheel mould, leadtime will takes 3-4 weeks longer.
Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation?
A: Usually we need know : car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q5: What’s your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 80pcs/size/fitment, can mixed with 2 colors. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
