Forging category

As mentioned above, according to the forging temperature, it can be divided into hot forging, warm forging and cold forging.
According to the formation mechanism, forging can be divided into free forging, mold forging, ring grinding and special forging.

  1. Freedom forging. It refers to the use of simple universal tools to forged or directly apply external forces between the upper and lower anvils of the forging device to deform the blank material and obtain the required geometric shape and internal quality processing method. Forgeds produced with free forging methods are called free forging. Free forging is mainly based on the production of small batch forging. Use forging equipment such as forging hammer and hydraulic presses to form the rough and obtain qualified forging. The basic processes of free forging include rough, pulling, punching, cutting, bending, twisting, misplaced and forging. Free forging uses hot forging.
  2. Model forging. Model forging can be divided into open mold forging and closed mold forging. Metal blank materials are obtained by pressure deformation through pressure deformation in a certain shape. Moom forging is generally used for small and large -scale parts.
    Moom forging can be divided into hot mold forging, warm forging and cold forging. Warm forging and cold forging are the future development direction of mold forging, and also represent the level of forging technology.
    According to the material, mold forging can also be divided into black metal mold, non-ferrous metal mold forging and powder. As the name suggests, the material is black metals such as carbon steel, non-ferrous metals such as copper, aluminum, and powder metallurgy.
    Squeeze is an mold forging, which can be divided into heavy metal squeezing and light metal squeeze.
    Two advanced models of closed mold forging and closed-type rough are two advanced processes of mold forging. Because there is no hair edge, the material utilization rate is high. It is possible to complete complex forging with one process or several processes. Because there is no flying edge, the force area of the forging part is reduced, and the load required is also reduced. But it should be noted that the blank cannot be completely restricted. Therefore, the volume of the blank must be strictly controlled, the relative position and measurement of the forging model should be controlled, and the forging model is worn hard.
  3. Grinding ring. Circle grinding refers to the production of ring-shaped parts of different diameter with a special equipment ring mill, which is also used to produce wheels such as wheels and train wheels.
  4. Special forging. Special forging includes forging methods such as roller forging, wedge horizontal rolling, radial forging, liquid mold forging, which is more suitable for producing parts of some special shapes.
    For example, roller forging can be used as an effective pre-form process, which greatly reduces subsequent forming pressures; wedge horizontal rolling can produce parts such as steel balls and transmission shafts; radial forging can produce large forgeds such as barrels and stair shafts.

A: All of our products conform to JWL/VIA standard, undergo rigorous impact test, cornering fatigue test, radial fatigue test ; Our factory is ISO/TS16949, ISO14001 TUV SFI JWL/VIA certified.
Q2: How about your delivery time?
A: From the deposit received date, we will finish production within 35-45 days. If need to produce wheel mould, leadtime will takes 3-4 weeks longer.
Q3: What information should I provide for a quotation?
A: Usually we need know : car model and the wheel size , PCD , CB , ET(offset) ,color and order quantity to make a correct quoation for you.
Q4: Do you accept OEM or ODM order?
A: We accept OEM, ODM with customer’s logo, wheel design and packing design.
Q5: What’s your MOQ?
A: For our existing mould, MOQ is 80pcs/size/fitment, can mixed with 2 colors. if need to make your own design, we can discuss about the MOQ.
